The tyre, hose and cable industries use machines from Dietze+Schell in various stages of their production. Unwinding lines before coating technical yarns are one example. Our machines pick up the yarns again after finishing. Bundling the individual fibres is frequently a requirement. It is important to counteract the catenary effect here: In a bundle, all fibres must be as close to the same length, as possible so that each fibre contributes to stability and does not sag.
The Dietze+Schell machines complete a fully automatic swap in less than one minute. This speed makes it possible to wind defective spots in the material onto a rejects bobbin. Quality control facilities up- and downstream of finishing, including documentation, complete the range of services offered for processing technical yarns.
