The right solution for any material: with Dietze+Schell systems and plants

The DS 600 cutting machine cuts lane materials in the longitudinal direction. The vast range of materials includes single or double-sided glue-coated as well as uncoated films, silicone papers, non-wovens, foams, cork and hook-and-loop tapes. Configuration always is customer-specific.

The DS 600 is combined with winders of the SW 4E, SW 1200 and SW 500 series. Additional units such as laminating or delaminating devices supplement the cutting system.

Basic equipment

Central operating terminal with visualised programme guidance. The current production data can be viewed here. This is also used to enter the production parameters and to create and distribute production programmes for different formats and materials to keep equipment times short. A perfect bobbin build-up for different winding materials can be achieved thanks to the freely programmable winding process.
Dancer control for controlling of a constant take-off tension, as well as the production speed
Cutting table for precise connection of the dispensing bobbins
