The parallel winders of the PM 1-2 A type specialise in particularly thin, round plastic threads. These are produced for industrial applications with high demands to tensile strength, e.g. for screens in paper mills.

The winding machines can use K and DIN bobbins alike. They are equipped with two winding mandrels.

  • Central operating terminal with visualised programme guidance. The current production data can be viewed here. This is also used to enter the production parameters and to create and distribute production programmes for different formats and materials to keep equipment times short. A perfect bobbin build-up for different winding materials can be achieved thanks to the freely programmable winding process.
  • Dancer control for controlling of a constant winding tension and speed
  • Pneumatic spreading mandrels for fast bobbin change
  • Preselection of the thread tension by pneumatically loaded dancer arm
  • Smoothly variable adjustment of the thread pitch
