The A-300 B-H-cross-winding machine for take-up-applications is one of the most reliable endurance runners in the extrusion line. Abrasion at the thread contact point produces high amounts of dust that are hard on the mechanics – in particular the ball bearings. The machine is accordingly robustly designed and works with a high thread tension.
