DS 330/ 380/ 400

The right solution for any material: with Dietze+Schell systems and plants

The direct roving winders of the DS 330, 380 and 400 series were developed for continuous take-off of glass or basalt fibres. They have with two winding mandrels for automatic bobbin swap and thread transfer. The type designation depends on the maximum bobbin diameter of 330, 380 or 400 mm for production.

The machines are suitable for continuous operation in an environment with heavy contamination. They process glass and basalt filament strands from 68 to 9,600 tex. One to four or six bobbins can be wound simultaneously per winding mandrel.

The machines are assembled according to the customer's individual requirements depending on yarn thickness and other production demands. Dietze+Schell has developed a modular system for this purpose.
