The right solution for any material: with Dietze+Schell systems and plants

The take-up winder SW 1200 winds non-wovens and straps. A dancer arm system applies the bobbin tension. It also ensures a constant material tension and speed while winding. The belt tension is adjusted via an electronic pressure control on a central operating terminal.

The SW 1200 stands out with its bobbin size. Diameters of up to 120 cm and widths of up to 100 cm are possible. The machine lays the material by moving the bobbin ("moving spindle"). This permits winding of up to 150 mm wide straps in a cross lay.

Many operators combine the take-up parallel winder with a cutting system.

Basic equipment

Central operating terminal with visualised programme guidance. The current production data can be viewed here. This is also used to enter the production parameters and to create and distribute production programmes for different formats and materials to keep equipment times short. A perfect bobbin build-up for different winding materials can be achieved thanks to the freely programmable winding process.
