Converters specialise in the cutting of straps and webs. Dietze+Schell group provides the complete machine equipment for their slitting machines. Our machines unroll, cut and rewind the material. This is possible for straps and webs with an initial width of up to 1,000 millimetres.
Most of Dietze+Schell group's cutting lines produce cross wraps. They meet high demands to storage and transport, and provide stability during later unwinding. Strap bends where the strap changes direction are a technical challenge when winding. The ideal combination of thread tension and winding speed is crucial to ensure the stability of the package.
