Dietze+Schell offers manufacturers of artificial lawns a full system package, from the extrusion system, to the film or strap winder, to slitting machines.
Various machines can perform a number of finishing processes between extrusion and winding, including moistening the fibres to make them resistant to weather. Texturing adds volume to the yarn to give the artificial turf the right look in use. Texturing involves targeted addition of crimping and shrinking effects. Dietze+Schell has developed systems for this purpose as well.
