Process of application
In the first step, your application will be reviewed by the HR department. If the review results in a positive result, it will be forwarded to the respective department. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your application after one or two days. The selection procedure for our training positions takes place from mid-September to mid-November of the respective previous year.
If you made it onto our short-list, we will invite you to an aptitude test with subsequent tour of our operations. A non-programmable calculator is needed for the test in the commercial area. You will receive feedback regarding your next steps after one to two weeks.
After the successful aptitude test, we will invite you to an initial job interview. This will focus on your personality and give you an opportunity to get to know Dietze+Schell as an employer. If you stand out positively in the personal interview, we will call you to discuss everything else with you and your parents in a second interview.
