VBW 1200/800/600 Strapping Winder

The machine family of strapping winders is used for winding non-metallic strappings in parallel winding directly from extruder line. They are therefore they are equipped with one or two winding mandrels.
The versions with 2 mandrels allow a quick manual package swap in seconds. You can wind non-metallic strappings of PP- or PET in a strap width from 4 to 32 mm, according to a stored specific winding program and machine equipment.
The individual winding positions can be assembled to networked production lines. The compact design permits operation even in a confined space.
The machine is designed for permanent operation.
The modular design allows us to adapt the machine exactly to your individual production requirements.

Basic equipment:

• Central operation terminal with touch screen and intuitive visualised program operation. Check the actual production parameters of the individual winding positions or a summary of the whole line. You also can set winding parameters and create and administer winding receipts. This results in short setting-up times.
• Dancer control for constant yarn tension and winding speed.
• Precise, electronic controlled 2- or 3-point laying at minimum strap bend.
• Pneumatic winding mandrels for a quick bobbin swap.
